Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will my order ship?

Most items ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.  If you chose standard shipping then you will receive your order in 3-7 days.  If you upgraded the shipping to Priority Mail then you will receive your order in 2-3 days.


What do I do if I receive damaged product?


If the candle is damaged in any way then please notify us immediately and, if possible, email some photos of the damage to: purbliss.candle.co@gmail.com  We will do our best to replace the product right away.
